We take time in this episode to reflect on the Awake Minds Yoga & Meditation Retreat that took place the week before the Ironman World Championship. We discuss how the body feels after 3-hours of yoga and meditation per day and how BJ kept up his training during the retreat. We also talk a bit about what yoga truly is for those athletes and coaches who may be apprehensive about incorporating a practice into their endurance training.
