Virtual Training Camp: February 4-8, 2021

This February, each camper will get the opportunity to immerse themself in an environment steeped in health and wellness, physical and mental fitness, and high-vibrational nutrition. This camp will challenge your body and mind. Its design will allow you to grow stronger over the days while cultivating a lightness in your experience. It will soothe your nervous system and tame your mind. We intend for each athlete to feel more powerful at the close of our time together. There will be journaling prompts each day and all athletes are encouraged to use their “free time” on the schedule as a time to restore their bodies and deepen their experience.

Pizza night and the first of many live Zoom get-togethers throughout camp.

Friday, February 5
11:00 am – 1:00 pm
Strength class with Dr. Dave and Dr. Lindsey from IO Strength & Performance followed by Coach BJ’s Smoothie Bowl Social.

4:30 pm cacao ceremony and meditation

Saturday, February 6
On this day, we enter into the core of our camp experience. Athletes, you’re about to get up close and personal with the YOGITRIATHLETE Triathlon: Run, Yoga, Meditate. Festivities commence at 6 am on Saturday morning and close on Sunday evening at 6 pm completing a total of six-triathlons over the two days.

Monday, February 8
7:00 am – 8:30am
We will gather for yoga and final group meditation to close out the camp.

Sweet Schwag:
All participants will be mailed a schwag box including an official 2021 camp shirt and other choice items to enhance your experience.  The first 15 athletes registered will also receive an Awake and Ready journal in their schwag box.
