Amber Ferreira, Professional Triathlete On How Action Creates Momentum

We are grateful to have professional triathlete Amber Ferreira with us for this episode. We've followed the story of this well-accomplished athlete for many years. Amber has raced triathlon as a professional for over a decade and has stepped onto more podiums already than most will ever experience, including 4x at the National Snowshoe Champion. But Amber is not only a pro triathlete, as many overachievers tend to do; she wears many hats. She holds a doctorate in physical therapy; she is a coach, a business owner, a wife, and most recently, mom to Charlie. She is the head coach and owner of Granite State Endurance which has a large contingency within New Hampshire and the country. She hosts training camps and team races throughout the year. Amber has a contagious laugh and an easy-to-be-with demeanor. We hope you find that same. Thank you for listening and for all those who support the podcast through Patreon.
