Ocean swim 7:15am Carlsbad (Pine Street/101) Option if surf is too high: Pool swim at Alga in Carlsbad post run

Run the run course starting at turnaround point 9am S. Meyers Street / Vista Way in Oceanside 

 

Monday:

Yoga with Jess & BJ

Bike 10:30 along the coast with a coffee stop

 

Tuesday:

Swim Alga 11 am $5 drop in

Coffee Bird Rock Coffee

 

Wednesday:

Bike - San Luis Rey bike path 10am

Coffee at Camp Coffee meet at 9am

Run - Carlsbad Rail Trail 4pm

 

Thursday:

Ocean swim 7:15am Carlsbad (Pine Street/101)

Coffee Lofty Coffee State Street Carlsbad

 

Friday:

Yoga at Ironman Village 8:00 am - bring a mat or towel

Ironman Registration 9am

Bike - 10am San Luis Rey Trail

Run - 11am 10 min easy
