Jess and BJ are thrilled to welcome back Dr. Daya Grant to the show.
Daya is a mental performance consultant, neuroscientist, yoga teacher, writer, athlete and mom. For the past 20 years, she’s studied the brain and how it relates to athletic performance. Combined with her knowledge of yoga, which is the ancient science of the mind, she brings together old and new world science and wisdom to assist athletes in reaching their performance potential.
Dr. Grant was first on the show in August of 2021 for episode 275, where she shares her backstory and in-depth knowledge about the neuroscience around mindfulness and meditation in sport. Thank you for tuning in and supporting the show.
