Isaac Diaz, Professional Triathlete On The Power Of Prana And Living Our Zone Of Genius.
Today we are so grateful to be sitting in person with professional triathlete, coach, and scientist Isaac Diaz. Isaac's mission within his work in the world is to positively transform lives through sport and help bring humanity to a higher state of consciousness.
He is an avid practitioner and teacher of pranayama, or exercises to control the breath. This powerful practice leads to the management of life force, which is the vibrant energy that moves our breath.
He uses this discipline to increase vitality in the whole person, ultimately leading to optimal performance in sport and life. And like all authentic teachers, he is practicing what he teaches as he moves closer to his highest expression.
Believing that we live in a universe of growth, Isaac is always looking for the next step, and this year he moved from elite age group athlete to the professional ranks.
Last month, he placed 11th at Ironman 70.3 St. George in what he called a "nice breakthrough" performance, and only days ago, he announced that he will dial it up to the full distance in a few weeks at Ironman Couer d'Alene.
