We're Jess and BJ, and well, let's start when we blew it all up.

We were at the point in our lives where we were 'supposed' to be - good jobs, financially secure, a beautiful home. But instead of feeling joy, we felt like we were choking on it all. There was an undeniable pull towards something more meaningful. 

Fast forward to 2026, we are celebrating 10 years of showing up with a global community, a high-performing team of athletes, and people who want to feel strong, steady, and well. We're so glad you're here.
