What Is Endurance Squad?

Endurance Squad is the coaching and community platform created by YogiTriathlete founders Jess and BJ Gumkowski. Inside, athletes receive structured training plans, mindset support, coaching guidance, educational resources, live sessions, and access to a community of endurance athletes training together with intention.

Training plans integrate directly with TrainingPeaks (free), allowing you to track workouts, monitor progress, automatically share to Strava, and build consistency leading into race day.

Meet Your Coaches

Jessica and BJ Gumkowski are endurance coaches, athletes, and founders of YogiTriathlete, a coaching platform and global endurance community integrating high-level training with mindset, awareness, and intentional living.

Together, they bring more than 40 years of combined experience in endurance sport, coaching athletes from first-time racers to World Championship qualifiers.

BJ is a multi-time qualifier for both the Ironman World Championship and Ironman 70.3 World Championship, a Boston Marathon qualifier, and a longtime competitive age-group triathlete. He specializes in performance-focused endurance coaching, helping athletes build strength, structure, and race-day execution.

Jess’s work began in sports and orthopedic massage therapy before evolving into yoga, breathwork, and mindset coaching, helping athletes train with greater awareness, resilience, and purpose. She leads immersive yoga adventures and retreats for athletes and yogis around the world, blending endurance, presence, and exploration on and off the mat. She is the author of Awake Athlete: When Mastery Is Your Only Option, along with two cookbooks focused on high-vibe nutrition.

Together, they host the YogiTriathlete Podcast, with more than 460 episodes exploring endurance sport, mindset, performance, and conscious living.

Through Endurance Squad, they help athletes build not only fitness and race readiness, but consistency, confidence, and community throughout the training process.
