Today we recap two very different races from two very driven athletes. Mary Knott, YTP veteran, is two weeks out from the SCAR Swim Challenge, a 4-day endurance swim totaling over 40-miles, while Coach BJ is less than 24-hours out from his Ironman Santa Rosa finish.
These two share generously as they answer listener questions on fueling, training, race strategy and the all-important, mental game. Both BJ and Mary are dedicated meditators in search of racing and living their highest and best through endurance sports. Both long-time athletes and coaches, their wisdom runs deep so take notes and act on the inspiration that you receive from these two great stewards of sport.
