With just enough money to pay rent and buy food, Branden and his son left their environment of negativity and gang affiliation for a new shot in San Diego. After years of falling in step with his surroundings, he followed a voice from inside that told him, “there’s a better way”.
The change of environment was a must in Branden’s situation and it was a great start, but his unhealthy lifestyle habits were a bit harder to shake. He eventually topped out at 270 pounds with much dis-ease in his life. All the while, the voice still called to him, “there’s a better way”.
Then, just about 4 years ago, he woke up mentally locked-in and ready for a massive change.
Today Branden is a shredded powerhouse, topped off with plenty of plant-based muscle. He’s turned health into his lifestyle and his profession. He’s educating his children about the benefits of eating a plant-based diet and he’s inspired many to take a risk in the name of health.
He’s getting the work done every day. He’s living the example and he’s serving a great purpose in the world. We’re psyched to have him on the show today. Thank you for your support.
