From the mouth of our very own, 11-year old YogiTriathlete, Jenny Fernandez, we hear that her meditation has helped her feel calmer not just in the moment but in her life overall. Plant-based triathlete and yogi, Jenny visits us today in the podcast studio to share her recipe for happiness. She joined Team YT earlier this year after being inspired to pursue multi-sport by watching her mom train and complete her first 70.3 earlier this summer. Having just finished her third triathlon of the season Jenny shares her plans for the future, her tips for getting to the other side of fear and her simplistic reasoning for turning to a vegan diet.
