Who’s up for a not so average, cosmically charged and powerfully fueled training retreat with us in Lake Placid? Four days of swimming, biking, running, mindfulness practice, yoga and high vibe nutrition in the stunning and impressive Adirondack Mountains this June 16th-19th. Experience training, nutrition and competition from the YogiTriathlete mindset and learn simple tools to tap into your inner badass on purpose, especially on race day.

Bring your family, make it a vacation, we’re offering a yoga only and one sport/yoga pricing for our non-triathlete YTs. Lake Placid is one of our most favorite destinations and we’re fired up to dedicate four days with you in June!

Lodging
Attendees are responsible for their own lodging. We recommend checking out the Northwoods Inn. This hotel is in the center of town, they allow pets and as of mid-April, they have rooms available for these dates.

Swim, Bike, Run
Training will take place on the Ironman Lake Placid race course with BJ, our Head Triathlete and top 20 AG Ironman Lake Placid finisher. BJ knows how it feels to leave it all out there, his pursuit in qualifying for Kona has provided him with deep insight and experience in Ironman racing. He will lead the daily workout sessions with the group and infuse everyone with his awesome energy and encouragement all weekend long.

Yoga
Daily yoga practices will be led by me, Jess, Head Yogi and 2x Ironman Lake Placid finisher.  I know this course well and love every inch of it.  I’ve trained and raced in the heat, cold, downpours and hail storms that this immensely powerful landscape can provide. I’ve spent many hours on this course practicing yoga, finding calm in the chaos and running my way to PRs. Our daily practices will vary from a power flow to moderate asana and yoga nidra.

Daily Dish and Discussion
We’ll have daily discussions to recap the day and dive into the different disciplines, race specific strategy, mindfulness and self-care.

High Vibe Food
We’ll be providing Amrita bars for the training sessions and will host one super high vibe group dinner.
